ORDERS & PRE ORDERS
- You can place an order directly on our website by simply adding the products to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. You can also send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and will be more than happy to assist you.
- In stock orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in New York City.
- Shipping may take up to (4-6 working days) via UPS, FEDEX or DHL
- Important! All of our “Pre Orders” are shipped from Naples, Italy within 3-4 weeks.
- Whenever a product is “Sold Out” you can still place an order by clicking on “Pre Order”.
- The items you pre-order are actually put “In Production” for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available which can take up to 3-4 weeks.
- The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page, at checkout and in your order details.
- Pre-Orders are not returnable only exchangeable! Regarding more information you can check out “Refunds & Returns” section.
- If you order products that are in stock together with pre-order items, we will send them all at once in where you will receive only one tracking number!
SIZE & FIT
- We use US sizing for all items.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Free Standard Delivery (4-6 working days) for “In Stock” orders shipped from New York City.
- Only our “Pre Orders” are shipped from Italy through DHL to New York City and then to the customer. We will send you the Tracking number once package is ready for shipping from the country of manufacture.
- Pre Orders are basically “In Production” orders which means it will take between 3-4 weeks for production.
- Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes.
- We ship worldwide!
- Make sure to check out “Import Duty & Taxes” below since fees may apply depending on the country your item is being delivered to.
- We charge a flat standard shipping fee of $25.00 on all orders.
- You should be able to find out an approximate figure from your local government's website.
- Orders placed online can be paid by credit card or with PayPal.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.
- For “In Stock” orders your account will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
- You have 7 days upon delivery to return your item.
- When returning an item it must be in the same condition it was received with original packaging.
- You can either exchange your item or return it (In Stock Products).
- Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject “Refund & Returns”, state your concern and will guide you on the next steps.
- You can get a refund on your order if item is in the same condition as described above.
- You can only get a refund on “In Stock” products.
- For “Pre Ordered” items we do not offer any refunds since they are put in production and made specifically for you!
- We only offer exchanges in case if a Pre Ordered item is damaged upon delivery.
- To apply for an exchange, simply email us at email@example.com starting with a brief description of the issue.
- Next, upload 2-3 pictures in detail briefly describing the spot where the item is damaged.
- Simply email us with a subject heading “Refunds & Returns” at firstname.lastname@example.org and will guide you on what to do next.
- Yes, any charges such as shipping fees for returns and re-delivery or border customs fees are covered by the customer!
