·       In stock orders such as "Shoes" are shipped directly from our store in New York City. 

·       Shipping may take up to (4-6 working days) via UPS, FEDEX or DHL

·       (Important) All of our “Custom Orders” are put in production and made specifically for you, therefore depending on what product it is, it might take up to 2 to 3 weeks before shipping

·       The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page, at checkout and in your order details.

·       Besides shoes collection, all of our collection products are "Made to Order" which are then put in production and might take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be made depending on the chosen product.

·       Free Standard Delivery (4-6 working days) for “In Stock” orders shipped from New York City.

·       Most of our “Custom Orders” are made in Naples, Italy and are shipped to our store in New York City. We will send you the Tracking number once package is ready for shipping.
